In 2018, the UNSW/ES Bulldogs were Sydney AFL’s most successful club, with seven out of eight teams making the final series, five grand final appearances and four premierships.
At the highest level of football, we walked away with both the Men’s and Women’s Premiership Division flags following victories against Sydney University and Macquarie University.
We are not a club that becomes complacent with success, and we are now on the look out for two outstanding candidates for Head of Men’s and Head of Women’s Football to build on our momentum in 2019.
Both of these roles are now open and we’re inviting expressions of interest from the wider football community.
The roles entail:
- Head coach of the Premier Division team (either M or W)
- Delivery of football strategy across the club
- Engagement with wider coaching group
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum Level 1 coaching certificate is required, with Level 2 strongly encouraged
Both positions will be supported by assistant coaches and team managers with honorariums paid to the successful candidates. We will also invest in your coaching development, with Level 2 accreditation provided for those who have yet to reach this qualification. Please note that player / coaches will be considered.
Suitably qualified applications will be received until COB Friday 12th October 2018 and should be addressed in writing to Stephen Dunkley, President at firstname.lastname@example.org or for further details contact on M 0418516376.
We are also seeking interest from persons wanting to assist in volunteer roles within the club in positions such as Team Managers, Timekeepers, Canteen and helpers for season 2019.
